Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY 

We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days.

Our candles are shipped for a cost of £4.50 for Standard Delivery or £5.50 for First Class Delivery or £8 for DPD 1-2 Day Delivery when ordered before 9am.

We use Royal mail service, unless specified otherwise. If you have any requests for your item please email us at  or visit our contact page.

We only deliver to the UK.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All goods purchased from Woodspring Company may be returned for a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 days after purchase.

If you aren't satisfied with your candle, let us know and we will do our best to fix it, email us at  or head to our contact page. 
 

We don't accept candles that have been used already, but please still let us know.

Before sending a product back to us please request a return via email at . We do not pay for return postage. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed after we have received your return parcel.

If you visit us at any trade shows we attend please bring your used amber jars to us and you can save 10% on any candle purchases you make with us there.
